If you see less then expected in your betting account, it is likely that one or more of your members have not paid for the current round.

To see who has paid in the current round follow these steps.


Step 1. Click on the Details tab


Step 2. Click on "Club Members"


Step 3. Check each members Action/Status (last column of the Club Members table). See image below

INACTIVE members have either forgotten to pay (using POLi) or their automatic credit card payment was unsuccessful.

In these cases, the member’s bank has provided a reason which we have emailed to them. When they make a successful payment, their funds will be made available to the club to bet with.
